Welcome to Linsday Elementary School!

Here at Linsday we believe in our students’ abilities to excel academically, socially and emotionally.  We believe all children can and will grow under our care!  From the front office to the grounds to the classrooms, we believe it is our responsibility to foster the love of learning and a positive self-esteem.

Linsday is a place where children are encouraged to reach their fullest potential through high expectations for all.   We follow the State of Michigan Grade Level Content Expectations in all content areas – such as math, reading, writing, science and social studies.  Twice per month our Counselor and School Service Worker address those skills necessary to be productive members of society through various community lessons.  Examples include respecting yourself, respecting others, and friendship skills.    

As a result of our community’s commitment to schools, as evidenced by the passing of the Bond in 2006, we serve in a beautifully renovated building.  We are most thankful for this gift and believe it provides the professional and educational environment our Linsday students deserve.   We are pleased to serve along-side our Linsday families and take great pride in being a piece of this community.
